Advanced CNC Machining Demonstrated
Thanks to Chen Chen for sharing detailed simulations and real-world setups featuring multi-axis CNC machining. As seen in the images and video, a 5- to 6-axis milling center executes contouring, surface profiling operations on aluminum and metal components. These complex machining routines use ENCY CAD/CAM software and are tailored for high-precision fabrication of electronic, computer, and telecom parts.

A 7-axis CNC wrapping machine driven by ENCY software executes multi-axis contour wrapping and surface machining on complex parts. The programming applies 6D tool orientation and synchronized rotary axes to maintain constant contact and safe clearance around curved surfaces, fixtures, and edges.
