"For nearly a decade, we used the same CAM system, always hesitant to switch — afraid of losing performance.

Then we discovered ENCY, and realized it was exactly the tool we had been searching for all along. A perfect interface, effortless to learn and use, with limitless capabilities and power — just what the new generation needs."

Triple clamp

A. Triple clamp

For the triple clamp, ENCY handles projects with dozens of operations while ensuring reliability through full G-code verification. Machined results can be compared directly with the target CAD model, guaranteeing accuracy at every stage. Indexed milling and probing are available by default in every milling module, making it simple to set up and execute even the most complex, multi-operation parts — without errors and right the first time.

Upper fork cover

B. Upper fork cover

For the upper fork cover, ENCY automatically recognizes holes and supports intuitive, interactive setup. Undercut features are efficiently machined with a dedicated undercut operation, while toolpaths are calculated against the actual in-process stock. Together, these capabilities significantly reduce the time required to create machining projects.

Rear motorcycle disc

C. Rear motorcycle disc

For the rear motorcycle disc, ENCY showcases how easily even large STEP files can be processed and programmed. The 5D surfacing operation delivers rapid calculations with adaptive step control, while providing a wide variety of machining strategies to choose from. This ensures a smooth and precise workflow, resulting in high-quality surfaces straight from the tool — without the need for polishing.

Сentral subframe

D. Сentral subframe

For the central subframe, ENCY automatically recognizes chamfers and provides flexible machining options in 3-axis, 3+2, and full 5-axis modes. Corners are automatically refined with smaller diameter tools, ensuring precise finishing where it matters most. This intelligent approach significantly reduces machining time for complex-shaped structural parts while maintaining superior quality.

Subframe

E. Subframe

For the subframe, ENCY delivers reliable 5-axis programming that fully accounts for the machine’s kinematics. Axis maps enable smooth avoidance of singularities and prevent kinematic issues, while a wide range of tool axis control methods provides maximum flexibility. Calculations can be performed with or without TCPM. This ensures predictable and dependable results in every 5-axis machining task.
