Parametric vase to a printed part in two hours on the AVEX 20

A vase defined by four parameters. AVENCO built a parametric vase where the shape lives inside four sliders — height, wave count, amplitude and curvature. Move any of them and a new profile appears; keep going and the whole family opens up from a single script.

Geometry straight into robot toolpaths. ENCY CAD/CAM software takes that parametric model and turns it into printable large-format toolpaths for a KUKA robot arm — one continuous non-planar path around the wavy wall, with the layer strategy tuned for the AVEX 20 pellet extruder.

Printed in about two hours. AVENCO's AVEX 20 extruder lays down thermoplastic beads at LFAM scale, riding the KUKA and following the ENCY-generated path from base to rim. Digital sketch to physical vase: roughly two hours from click to lift-off-the-plate.
