Copper EDM electrode milled on a 3-axis CNC for an injection mold

From program to finished part. Lavorazioni Meccaniche CS in Italy machined a copper electrode for sinker EDM on their 3-axis CNC, programmed in ENCY CAD/CAM software.

An electrode for an injection mold. The electrode is used to erode the cavity for the handle of a spatula in an injection mold. The video goes from milling the copper block to the toolpath in ENCY and the finished electrode.
