ENCY CAM to the 3-axis mill. Each gripper is drawn and programmed in ENCY CAD/CAM software, then run on their 3-axis machining centre. The workflow keeps CAD, toolpaths, and machine setup on the same file, so a new gripper geometry moves from customer spec to a finished part without swapping tools between disparate CAM stacks.

Pick-and-place hardware, one shop. The result is a bespoke end-effector matched to the workpiece the robot will handle — the practical foundation for reliable automation on a specific line. Custom brackets, jaws, and pick-and-place tooling are the shop's daily work, all machined in-house.
