ENCY CAD/CAM software was applied to optimize each step, including 2.5x and 3x milling, ensuring accurate preparation of metal components. Advanced Milling and Polishing The images highlight a CNC end mill executing spiral-ramp milling and a milling machine carrying out face-milling on steel billets. Once machined, the parts undergo detailed finishing operations, such as polishing with benchtop grinders, to deliver quality results for the machine tool and die & mold industry.
