HLRB-7A3D 7-axis robot for 3D stone carving, programmed offline in ENCY Robot

7-axis robot for 3D stone carving
Thanks to Angela Chen for sharing the HLRB-7A3D, a 7-axis robot arm CNC router. It is an automation-integrated product developed on the base of a KUKA robot and designed for the 3D stone carving process. According to the original post, it is strong and high-precision, with a high-speed spindle integrated in the arm, and easy to operate.

Offline programming with ENCY Robot
The robot uses the offline programming system ENCY Robot to perform complex workpiece processing. The configuration of the cell can be changed at will. The post states that the robot can work in harsh environments, with a service life of up to 15 years and a mean time between failures of up to 70,000 hours.
