Five-Part EN AW-7075 Measuring Fixture Assembly

Complete measuring fixture assembly
Czech job shop jhc-kovo s.r.o. presents a completed measuring fixture built from five individually machined aluminum components. The assembled structure combines a contoured inspection surface with rigid triangular supports, creating an accessible setup for repeatable part measurement.

Machined from EN AW-7075 aluminum
All five structural components were produced from EN AW-7075, a high-strength aluminum alloy suited to tooling and precision fixtures. The finished surfaces reveal contoured milling passes, radiused pockets, chamfered edges and multiple locating and mounting features across the frame.

Stainless-steel ejectors and locating elements
The aluminum assembly is completed with stainless-steel ejectors and pins. These contrasting components provide durable contact points and help release the inspected workpiece while preserving the geometry of the machined fixture.

Programmed with ENCY
The project demonstrates how ENCY supports the production of complex job-shop tooling: from pocketing and profile machining to the coordinated features required for the final five-part assembly.
