Multiaxis Robotic Foam Milling
As seen in the images, a six-axis industrial robot arm equipped with a spindle uses ENCY Robot software and ENCY Hyper for precise milling of high-density foam. This approach enables the production of complex, large-scale prototypes and allows technicians to inspect contoured surfaces directly after machining.
