ENCY World Conference 2025: The Global Meeting of the ENCY Community
The ENCY World Conference took place on the Mediterranean coast of Cyprus, bringing together ENCY Software’s global network of partners, clients, and technology collaborators. Hosted at St Raphael Resort & Marina in Limassol, the four-day event welcomed 90 participants from across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East.
Most attendees represented ENCY’s international reseller network — including software providers and robot integrators — joined by selected customers and tech partners. Many guests arrived with family members and took the opportunity to combine professional exchange with a short vacation, adding to the open and informal spirit of the event.
Held under the theme “Superheroes of Manufacturing”, the conference celebrated the people behind automation — CAM programmers, machine operators, and robot integrators — whose work powers modern production around the world. The informal tone of the event was set from the very beginning: at the welcome cocktail on June 9, guests were greeted by team members dressed as iconic superheroes in keeping with the conference theme. It was a lighthearted and memorable start that set the stage for four days of open dialogue, learning, and celebration.
General Session and Partner Presentations
The main conference program opened on June 10 with a series of keynote presentations that set the tone for the days ahead. ENCY Software shared a preview of its upcoming developments, including ENCY 2.0 — a major update across its CNC and robotics tools — and offered a first look at ENCY Hyper, a new solution designed to simplify robot programming directly on the shop floor.
The session also featured contributions from invited partners. French company Fuzzy Logic explored how complex manufacturing tasks can be transformed into plug-and-play robotic solutions, offering a fresh perspective that resonated with the ENCY Hyper concept.
From the UAE, BOX39 shared their story of building a globally recognized custom motorcycle brand — and how ENCY CAM system supports their production workflows.
Several ENCY resellers took the stage to present regional case studies — including partners from Germany, Slovenia, Poland, Brazil, and China — sharing how they apply ENCY products to grow their business and serve customers in competitive markets.
Swedish company nioform shared its experience in a talk titled "Unlocking Creative Freedom with ENCY Robot." The speaker showcased a wide range of imaginative projects implemented using ENCY Robot, while also demonstrating how he extends the capabilities of his workshop by customizing and modifying the physical equipment. The session illustrated how the open and flexible architecture of ENCY Robot empowers users to go beyond standard CAM workflows and bring bold ideas to life.
To conclude the official program, ENCY Software CEO Andrei Kharatsidi and the Channel Sales Director Andrew Lovygin presented awards to the company’s top-performing dealers of the past year. The recognition highlighted not only business achievements, but also partner engagement, technical excellence, and contribution to the ENCY community.
Between technical sessions, the conference program offered moments to pause and connect with the local culture. A short presentation by the Cyprus Wine Museum introduced guests to the island’s ancient winemaking legacy — a fitting prelude to the evening's gala dinner at a traditional taverna, where participants enjoyed Cypriot cuisine, music, and conversation under the open sky.
From Morning Yoga to Midnight Rock
The third day of the conference began at sunrise with a beginner-friendly yoga session on the hotel beach, setting a calm and energizing tone for the day ahead. While the waves rolled in quietly, participants gathered on the sand to stretch, breathe, and recharge before diving into a full business agenda.
The morning program focused on marketing and sales strategy, with a set of presentations and discussions tailored to ENCY’s reseller community. Topics included how to apply AI tools to sales workflows, updated positioning of the ENCY product line, recent results and future goals of the company’s marketing team, regional expansion efforts, and updates to the tools and assets available in the Dealer Toolkit.
In the second part of the day, participants took part in a series of technical masterclasses designed to deepen their product knowledge and practical skills. These sessions covered hidden features in ENCY, project collaboration in the ENCY X ecosystem, additive manufacturing with robots, and correct setup of mill-turn machines in MachineMaker — all led by ENCY Software engineers and product specialists.
The afternoon shifted to a more interactive format: participants were divided into separated groups for a series of structured brainstorming sessions. Topics included: expectations for the future development of the ENCY X ecosystem, priorities for ENCY AI functionality, go-to-market strategy and pricing scenarios for ENCY Hyper, and potential partnerships that could accelerate its success. Feedback from these sessions was collected and passed directly to ENCY’s technical and marketing teams for further development.
And while the day had started with yoga at dawn, it ended close to midnight with an entirely different kind of energy — a live rock party featuring classic hits, on-stage jam sessions with audience members, and a friendly competition for the best rock-themed T-shirt. The mix of spontaneity and shared enthusiasm made it one of the most memorable evenings of the conference.
Final Meetings and a Farewell at Sea
The last day of the conference, June 12, was dedicated to individual meetings between participants and ENCY leadership. Dozens of one-on-one sessions allowed guests to speak directly with company executives, technical leads, and business development specialists — to discuss ongoing projects, regional challenges, and ideas for the future. These conversations became one of the most appreciated parts of the event, reinforcing vendor’s commitment to open dialogue and long-term collaboration.
The conference concluded with a sunset yacht cruise along the coast of Cyprus. With warm sea air, swimming in the Mediterranean, and a glowing horizon, the evening offered space to relax, reflect, and enjoy the final moments of a memorable week.
