Robotic Surface Finishing
As seen in the footage, a Yaskawa six-axis industrial robot arm, equipped with a rotary abrasive tool, handles the polishing process. The panels—primarily stainless steel or aluminum—are secured on a motorized rotary fixture for uniform surface treatment. This automation ensures consistent finishing quality along complex curves.

ENCY Software Integration
The robotic programming is managed using ENCY Robot software, combined with ENCY Hyper. This approach streamlines both polishing sequence design and real-world machine control, optimizing performance for industrial metal finishing.
