Robotic Milling with a Real-Time Digital Twin in Korea
Live digital twin for robotic milling
ENCY Korea's booth runs ENCY CAD/CAM software driving a 6-axis cobot in real time. The reel shows an AUBO arm with an ENCY-branded tool mount, a desktop cell carving foam, and a larger industrial arm cutting a pocket into tooling foam. On the monitor behind each cell, the digital twin tracks the real robot pose by pose.
ENCY Robot drives the OLP loop
ENCY Robot generates toolpaths from CAD and streams them to the controller — no robot-language coding, no post-processor hunting. MachineMaker, the zero-code builder, models each cell as a kinematically correct digital twin.
Safe paths across different cells
Booth banners emphasize integrated control, real-time path verification, and safe-path generation — letting one CAM project drive very different robotic cells.
Thanks to ENCY Korea for sharing.
