Simaxis Engenharia shared a shop-floor session helping a client set CAM strategies for machining molds used in automotive customization tooling. The programming targets large EPS foam master patterns that later drive downstream mold making.

Roughing and finishing on 3-axis mills
The reel shows sizable foam panels with concentric roughing passes on circular dish features, rectangular bosses, and deep concave cavities finished with spiral 3-axis toolpaths. ENCY CAD/CAM software handles the stock-aware roughing and semi-finishing needed to keep large tooling runs efficient.
