Founded in 2003 by Andrea Oppezzo, Sintech has evolved from a 240 m² workshop into a 2000 m² advanced production facility. Today, the Italian company is a trusted subcontractor and component supplier for the machine tool, industrial metrology, textile, and packaging sectors. Sintech is also the creator of the AXO System, a high-performance 5-face workholding solution that eliminates the limitations of traditional vises.
At the heart of their operations is a modern fleet of CNC machines, including 3-axis vertical machining centers, horizontal boring machines, rotary-table milling machines, 5-axis machining centers, and a large-scale gantry-type milling system with extended travel. This versatile equipment allows them to manufacture everything from small mechanical parts to large structural elements.
“We chose ENCY as our CAM solution because we found the product very easy to use. We also appreciated the high level of customization provided by the support team for our post processors. ENCY has become a strategic partner that supports us daily in all aspects of our work,”
— Andrea Oppezzo, CEO, Sintech S.r.l.
The decision to adopt ENCY was driven by its intuitive interface, rapid learning curve, and excellent technical support. With the help of SINTESI, ENCY’s local reseller, Sintech implemented tailored post processors for every machine and received direct assistance in challenging machining scenarios.
“Even in the most complex cases, we have a direct line to SINTESI,” says Andrea. “They guide us through unfamiliar operations and help us stay productive.”
The AXO System, tested and refined in Sintech’s own workshop, benefits directly from ENCY’s advanced CAM strategies—enabling 5-face access without obstructions and supporting increasingly demanding machining operations.
“I would highly recommend ENCY to everyone, as it is a truly easy-to-use and very intuitive CAM system. Most importantly, we receive prompt support and guidance through all operations that require assistance.” — Andrea Oppezzo, CEO, Sintech S.r.l.
