ENCY 2.0 to Be Officially Unveiled at EMO Hannover 2025

ENCY Software is pleased to announce the official public debut of ENCY 2.0 at EMO Hannover 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for production technology. From September 22 to 26, visitors are invited to Hall 6, Booth B42, where the ENCY team will present a new generation of CAD/CAM solutions for CNC machines and industrial robots, integrated within the ENCY X ecosystem.

One Ecosystem for a New Manufacturing Era

The updated product lineup includes the latest versions of ENCY, ENCY Robot, ENCY Tuner, and for the first time, the commercial release of ENCY Hyper. Together, these products form ENCY X – a unified ecosystem designed to support collaboration between manufacturing engineers, machine operators, and technical support teams.

  • ENCY is the core CAD/CAM system, now in version 2.0. With a redesigned interface, enhanced simulation, and embedded AI tools, ENCY helps users make faster, smarter programming decisions. The system supports advanced multi-axis machining, mill-turn operations, and complex setups with full machine awareness.
  • ENCY Robot provides offline programming for industrial robots across applications such as robotic milling, cutting, welding, and polishing. The new version introduces improved collision avoidance, automatic axis mapping, and easier creation of accurate digital twins, reducing setup time and increasing confidence in the final result.
  • ENCY Tuner is a standalone software product for simulation, editing, and reengineering of NC programs. It allows safe review and adjustment of toolpaths directly at the G-code level, helping ensure flawless execution on CNC machines without the need to return to the CAM environment.
  • ENCY Hyper, making its first commercial appearance, introduces a new approach to robotic programming and control. The system communicates with the robot in real time, enabling immediate execution, testing, and adjustment of robot motion. By removing the limitations of traditional offline and online programming methods, ENCY Hyper offers a unified environment where control logic and motion can be fine-tuned interactively and responsively. This accelerates commissioning, enhances flexibility, and gives integrators and engineers full control from design to deployment.

International Team, Live Demos, and Personal Meetings

Throughout the exhibition, the booth will be staffed by the ENCY Software leadership team and certified partners from Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Visitors will be able to explore new functionality through live demonstrations, receive expert advice, and learn how ENCY 2.0 can be applied to real production scenarios involving both CNC machines and industrial robots.
