Open only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who attend IMTS 2026 in person. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry opens September 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time and closes September 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s system clock is the official timekeeper.
Entry requires two steps, both completed within the Entry Period:
(a) Register. Scan the QR code at the ENCY booth (#135750, East Building, Level 3) at IMTS 2026, McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois, during show hours September 14–19, 2026, and complete the registration form.
(b) Launch a trial. Download and open an ENCY software trial at least once on a compatible Windows computer.
An entry is counted only when Sponsor has recorded both steps. Limit one (1) entry per person. The software trial is provided free of charge; no purchase, payment, or subscription is required at any point.
Five (5) prizes will be awarded. Each prize is one (1) individual VIP pass to a NASCAR race event in the United States, valid for one (1) person, and includes: two-day event access with track view, food and beverage service on event days, grid walk access before the race, driver autograph sessions, a backstage tour, and a pit box visit.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $999 USD. Total ARV of all five prizes: $4,995 USD.
The prize does not include travel, airfare, lodging, ground transportation, parking, passport or visa fees, insurance, meals outside the event, or any other expense. All costs not expressly listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is not responsible if a winner is unable to attend for any reason.
The specific event, date, and venue will be determined by Sponsor together with the race organizer and communicated to winners after the drawing. Event schedules are set by third parties and are subject to change. If no qualifying U.S. event is available within the 2026 or 2027 season, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor in Limassol, Cyprus on or about September 29, 2026, from among all eligible entries. Winners will be notified by email at the address provided at registration within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, auctioned, or exchanged. No cash equivalent or substitution, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release before a prize is awarded.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, the race organizer, IMTS and its organizers, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of a prize.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, and country of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Personal information collected in connection with this sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at encycam.com/privacy-policy/.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits multiple or fraudulent entries, or acts in violation of these rules. If the sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to technical failure, fraud, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes.
This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with NASCAR, IMTS, AMT — The Association For Manufacturing Technology, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any social media platform.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising from this sweepstakes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
