At the 2025 Taipei International Industrial Automation Exhibition, TMIC showcased ENCY CAD/CAM system and ENCY Robot in a live, end-to-end manufacturing workflow: 3D design → CNC machining → robot offline programming → digital-twin validation on machine tools and robot cells.
Automation Taipei is Taiwan’s largest industrial automation and smart manufacturing trade show and the leading showcase of solutions for manufacturers in Taiwan and the broader region.
Show-floor highlights:
- ENCY CAD/CAM system: Multiaxis toolpaths (3–5-axis and mill-turn), NC code verification, and machine-aware simulation on accurate kinematic models —so toolpaths are validated before they ever reach the shop floor. An AI assistant recommends cutting strategies and streamlines setup, helping teams output validated G-code faster.
- ENCY Robot: Offline programming with leading brands (ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, Kawasaki), rapid cell digital-twin build-out, and CNC+robot co-simulation for milling, welding, loading/unloading, polishing, cutting, and coating. Built-in singularity/dead-point detection suggests pose optimizations to prevent lock-ups and jitter on the real line. Controller-ready programs can be generated after simulation.
Conversations at the TMIC booth echoed a common constraint in Taiwanese factories: experienced CAM programmers and robot specialists are scarce while product-mix complexity keeps rising. The combination of ENCY CAD/CAM and ENCY Robot is designed for exactly that context — standardizing best practices, reducing trial-and-error on the line, and enabling smaller teams to cover more machines and cells with confidence. TMIC reports that multiple ENCY orders were booked following the show, including projects where customers are migrating from other CAM systems.
Thank you to everyone who met with TMIC during the show.
