From Simulation to Real-World Machining
As seen in the side-by-side media, each foam block undergoes layer-by-layer milling, roughing, and finishing to create complex circular and dome-shaped mold patterns. The CAM system’s simulation and live spindle movements are shown in parallel, verifying toolpaths for multiaxis, simultaneous 5D, and 3D milling operations.
