Process Overview
Shared by jhc-kovo s.r.o., the showcased operation demonstrates advanced cubing adjustment and probing cycles during CNC milling. As seen in the video, a vertical CNC milling center uses a spindle-mounted touch probe to accurately locate and map the surface of a clamped aluminum housing before beginning the machining cycle.

Machining and Inspection Details
The process covers both roughing and finishing steps, with a small-diameter end mill trimming and profiling the intricate inner corners of the aluminum part. Touch probe verification is also employed during and after machining to ensure the correct cavity dimensions and surface alignment throughout the process.

ENCY Product Application
ENCY CAD/CAM software supports these 2.5x and 3x milling operations and automated probing sequences, allowing for precise machining and in-process inspection of aluminum housings. This approach is typical in the electronics, computer, and telecom sectors, where accuracy and workflow transparency are essential for complex component manufacturing.
