Housed in a transparent safety enclosure and fitted with a PelletExtrude®-style extruder, the robot deposits molten thermoplastic onto a rotating build plate. The process ensures even layering and consistent part geometry.

Continuous Process Control and Safety
Based on the captured footage, extrusion is performed in a ventilated cell equipped with vacuum hoses for fume and debris extraction—highlighting operational safety and quality control in additive manufacturing applications.
