At ENCY World 2025 in Limassol, Cyprus, ENCY Software CEO Andrei Kharatsidi took the stage to unveil ENCY 2.0 — the most advanced release in the company’s fast-growing history. In the presentation, Kharatsidi reflects on ENCY’s first year in the global market and dives into the new features that define version 2.0. The update introduces a redesigned interface with support for both light and dark themes, a streamlined Home Page for quick access to projects and teams, powerful new Tool Assemblies, and a real-time Material Removal Rate Graph.

Functionality takes a major step forward with enhanced Feed Rate Optimization for crossed holes and corners, a next-generation Collision Avoidance System with Automatic Robot Axis Mapping, and major upgrades to 5D surface machining and additive manufacturing, including non-planar slicing and custom infill patterns.

The keynote also introduces advanced automation tools like Propagation and Surface Extension, along with a significantly upgraded ENCY Tuner 2.0 — a shop-floor G-code simulation tool and NC editor designed for production-ready validation and edits.

One of the highlights is an all-new AI Process Planner that can automatically generate machining operations.
