The finished blank shown on the shop floor carries the concentric ridges of a ball-nose finishing pass, ready for composite layup. KUKA offline programming The toolpaths are generated in ENCY CAD/CAM software (ENCY Robot) for a KUKA KR 200 L170 robotic cell. The simulation view lists roughing waterline and two scallop-height passes on the front-right fender geometry, with the machine kinematics fully modeled.
