Mobile 7-axis 3D concrete printer builds Pluto tiny house for Rupp Gebäudedruck

Pluto — 23 m² facade printed on site. Rupp Gebäudedruck built the Ready4Space "Pluto" tiny house with a mobile 7-axis 3D concrete printer from AVENCO on a KUKA arm. The exterior walls were extruded on the plot in Kadeltshofen, Germany, where the house joins a planned tiny-house community.

7-axis kinematics driven by ENCY Robot. ENCY Robot handled offline programming and toolpath generation for the wall geometry, wave-profile facade and gable-roof interface. The mobile base runs as a linear axis, turning the KUKA six-axis arm into a full seven-axis cell that covers a house footprint from one setup.

Recycled concrete and integrated pumping. Sievert supplied standard-compliant 3D-printable recycled concrete; m-tec provided mixing and pumping. The result is a compact dwelling with a modern gable roof and a printed facade — usable as a guest house, holiday rental, home office or extra living space.
